Robert F. Hornaday has over thirty years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. In 1984 he extended his experience in the private sector to the public sector, and began specializing in providing consulting services for retirement plans approved for public education employers

In 1999 Robert formed Envoy Plan Services as a third party administrator to specifically provide 403(b) retirement plan administration and compliance consulting services to assist school employers in satisfying the complex federal and state regulations for 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity, 457(b) Deferred Compensation, and 401(a) retirement plans. Envoy was merged with Keenan & Associates in 2004, and Robert now oversees the marketing and sales operations for Keenan Financial Services encompassing our four primary financial products - Futuris, SERP, APPLE and Elite Choice.
